So I was at a potluck tonight and someone made turnip and I had a little private flashback to your story. I know, probably not what you wanted me to take away from it but it was a cute comment. I'm working on a story for the good/evil challenge about Alex and Ben. What about you?

My fanfic is petering out. I've only a few more fics left to post (the end is nigh!) There's my other Halloween fic, which is an ensemble story, there's my attempt at m/m slash and then there's my 'secret project'. Not very informative there, I know...*smirks*

*shudders* I don't think I can go back there. It was more than painful. Once I got to the Looking Glass/torture scenes it was just a very scary distressing headspace. I couldn't write it. It must have been tough for Dom to act it. But then again he likes dark stuff.

Just trying to imagine Charlie's mental state in his final moments was horrible. I really when it when people talk about Charlie's death as if it was something beautiful and moving. I just found it very cruel.

It almost feels like there is a hint of defiance in Dom's final performance. Kind of a "look how blistering I can be when you give me meaty material". Darlton knew it as well. They wasted and then threw away a great actor.

Aww I actually got a little teary reading that. I really loved it, you seemed to capture Charlie perfectly & I loved the relationship between he & Aaron. I loved the part about how if Aaron could talk he might say that Charlie was his dad - aww! It was just so sweet

Thanks meg! Aaron really responded to Charlie like he was his dad. He was very sensitive to Charlie.

I remember reading this fic for the first time and just bawling my eyes out all over my computer. It's so beautiful and sad.

My favourite bit still remains: Aaron knows me now, but one day he’ll forget. All I want is for him to live long enough to forget...

*sniffles* With hints that Aaron is a special baby I hope he doesn't ever forget Charlie. With all those dreams in F+W I think the two of them must have a spiritual bond.

I could see Aaron actually having some form of pychic abilities. Can you see him as a little kid having dreams...well nightmares really...about Charlie dying? *shivers*

Here's to hoping we get a Claire/Aaron flash forward and get to see just what makes Aaron so special.
