First lower body workout. Went in strong finished strong. Need to explore other machines/ modalities for lower section and abs. Looking at learning more from bodybuilding.com Will use planning sheet from bodyforlife.com in the coming weeks to keep the vision in sight

Mac: Don't plan to integrate. I don't know if I COULD, it sounds crazy to me, though it's happened to one of the girls here. So far, we seem to do fine just like how a family does: you have to get along with each other and communicate to get things done right.
