Slept around seven hours. Got up later than usual, but did the standard 'get-ready-for-breakfast' stuff and opened up the house, and delivered the three WaPo newspapers.

I managed to get more than seven hours of BiPAP hose time - finally taking off the mask for a couple more hours, and getting out of bed at 0639.

Once up, I did all my health info postings, opened up the window coverings, got prepped for breakfast, and - once dressed - did the WaPo deliveries. I finished off the box of cereal, with added blueberries ( Read more... )

Plenty of sleep last night. Got up a few minutes before 6 AM and did all my normal health-data record-keeping. Put together a bowl of cereal, topped with freshly washed blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Delivered the morning WaPo newspapers.

JoAnn got up at the same time as I did. Before she came to the kitchen I had all my pre-breakfast chores done.

Got up a little before 0600 and did all the normal morning stuff. When I went outdoors to deliver our three WaPo papers I spotted an adult doe deer and managed to get a pretty good photo of her, standing in the street. Managed to accumulate more than six hours on my BiPAP. Got out of bed around 0625 and did the morning records keeping and breakfast prepping and the window shades adjusting. JoAnn and I both had plenty of BiPAP/CPAP sleep last night and we both got up early today.

Saturday was really just a recovery day from Friday's procedure. I wasn't allowed to operate a car (or deal with heavy industrial equipment!), so took it easy. My post-op instructions were to tank up on a lot of liquids (light-colored juices and plain old water).
