I didn't eat breakfast this morning and I'm hunnnnngry. Normally, I always eat breakfast to keep my metabolism up (well, what's left of it). I have to take pain meds at night for my endometriosis. They make me horribly sick if I don't eat something with them. So I ate sugar free pudding. Two cups. That's 120 calories. So I'm just not having ( Read more... )

PROTEIN
Protein may be an appetite suppressant. Do egg whites (15 calories for a large-sized egg) have magical hunger-killing properties? Parhaps.

FIBER
Apples
