So on Monday I started my new "diet" I'm trying to limit myself to 1500 calories a day. According to my doctor my body burns about 2500-3000 calories a day on it's own so if I only take in 1500 I'm burning about 1000 calories a day, and that's without exercise, once I start working out I'll burn more. 3500 calories burned = 1 pound lost so we'll
