So the question I am faced with is this, if you could take a sales internship that made on average $8,500 for 2 weeks work would you? Even if that meant you had to spend the entire summer hundreds of miles away from your friends and family? Working 6 days a week, for an upwards of 75 hours a week?

I am confused as to whether it is just for 2 weeks or for the whole summer...if it is for 2 weeks, yes yes yes!!! If longer...I'm not sure.

i would lean towards taking it. its just one summer. think of all the extra dough you'll have when you return home to your family and friends.

You've got to be more clear. 2 weeks of 75 hours each? Or 75 hour weeks, but it's really only like 2 weeks worth of work. Where would it be? In Atlanta?

Until I get more info I'd say that you should take it. You could use the money for a car or something. Your friends and family will still be around, it is only a summer after all. But yeah, more info, bitch. ;)

Definitely. That much money would be great.. It would help allieviate expenses and give you a little fun money and allow you to start the IRA that everyone should have.

hell yeah. I would work for the money. I can make new friends at the work place. ANd then go back to my other friends. Not a big biggy.
