advice...not advise
as for what you stated, i too feel there is wisdom in your words here; but, i have one thing to correct...the spinal cord does not serve as the 'switchboard' for all of the nerves. It serves more as the conduit for all the nerves. the switchboard would be the brain dude. which if you ask me, makes your argument for meditation more important. because through the meditation you open up your brain to more oxygen and more creativity.
also, just finished listening to George Nory's book on cd 'Worker In The Light' you really need to listen to it sometime. its pretty good.
