they were twins indeed. there was also major chromosomal abnormalties and both hearts stopped beating a couple of days ago. there is a strong probability they were conjoined but we'll get to know more after the genetic analysis are done following the d/c on monday

Oh man. I am so sorry! I hope everything went well with your D&C. I had that done when I had a miscarriage. Other than the emotional state of what was goign on - the surgery itself I don't remember!
