I heard that in Fallout 1, they included a copy of the game mechanics rules. Anyone know where one could find that, or something like that?

I'm not totally sure what you mean. There are the Pen & Paper rules and then there are rules that the game calculates and runs on. :)

As for the computational rules, I assume they are in the Fallout CD somewheres. :)
