I wish..it's all political, I hate having a boss..especially my boss. The guy before her was a perv, and now this one is a bitch

that is crazy lame. sounds worse than my boss.. but only because he's a guy and i mouth off to him when he pisses me off. he can't fire me anyway. maybe you could complain to someone about her. that's what we do at my work place. we report out boss to his boss and then he's the one that catches shit. your boss just sounds like she's having an ego trip and needs to come off her high horse. deep down i'm sure she's as miserable as she's making you feel.

yeah, it's hard because the person above her is in FL and they "LOVE" her. It's bullshit, I'm trying to just do my job and ignore her..for now.

I hate snotty ass bosses like that. I would go above her head & tell her manager how crappy she has been treating you & see how she likes that. Explain to them that you were there long before she ever came around & that you did just fine with no complaints from any one else. I would even go as far as saying something along the lines of "I am not the only person that feels this way neither but the rest of the people don't have the guts to come forward." Then say I just wanted to let you know before you start losing employee's. Muhahah it works every time I have had to do that a few times with new bosses & such. I make the person over them think wow she must be a real bitch & that they may lose employee's if they don't talk to her about it or take some form of action. You know what comes around goes around. You might as well do it before she has a rason to write you up or find a reason to fire you since she is obviously a great big bitch. I bet if you were to do that she would be as sweet as a candy cane after the higher ups ( ... )

As much as I would LOVE to do such a thing, my office is a fucking coffin. I'm usually the only one working during the day with my boss. Our kitchen is right next to the bathroom and it's just a sad little office.

Thank you for the advice though, I'll keep it in mind when I go into work tomorrow.
