I've decided to build a working trebuchet. I've found plans for it, first I'm going to scale it down to make sure it works, and it won't kill me. Then I'll build the full size version. I've analyzed the difference between the trebuchet, catapult and ballista, I've decided the trebuchet, while more complicated, is the superior ancient siege weapon. ( Read more... )
