Marathon training has resumed...finally, we have 7.5 months to get in good enough condition to run 26.2 miles.  It's amazing we ran for 13 miles and now 3 is pushing it.  Both of us (nancy my running buddy and I) got very fat after the marathon in October 2006 because we totally stopped exercising and overate during the holidays.  Today after our ( Read more... )
