I would imagine a "break up" to be a mutual decision. If Naruto is absent for whatever reason, then that would be an assumption on your part that he has literally left you.

Kaka-chan? How adorable. It's nice to have a good relationship with one's sensei. I've recently met the Gai-sensei of this world -- He's such an amazing man. If I were to try and list all the adjectives associated with him, this message would become terribly long!

Also, have I told you how cute your glasses are? The shape really goes well with your hair and face. ^_^
