Yeah, I know what you mean sort of.
However...a lot of times getting shat on is nothing more than getting shat on. Fucking sucks ass.

Hey, Johnnycakes. Thanks for the well wishes. It was actually funny that you commented on my lame ass journal because i was reading yours yesterday morning. I know how much it sucks to rack your brain about 3 digits on a scale. I changed the way i was eating about 2 years ago and went from around 190 (too much alcohol and junk food while at BCC) to my lowest which is 135. I know a lot of people wouldn't condone how i keep the weight off but it works for me since i'm not really able to exercise since i fatigue very easily and the heat makes my lesions go buckwild. If you calculate your resting metabolic rate it'll tell you how many calories your body burns just doing nothing. Mine said i burn around 1,400 a day since i'm very inactive so i limit myself to 1,200. It's considered a near starvation diet.. but it works. I haven't been this weight since i was like, 9 years old. It's fantabulous! And since you already work out you'll burn even more calories. I hope i don't sound like an infomercial.
