Probably the easiest thing would be for you to explore AO3; you can download the stories in epub, which I believe is the format your reader uses. AO3 covers multiple fandoms, so you'll definitely be able to find lots to suit you! www.archiveofourown.org

Let me know if you have any questions; ereaders are fantastic! I've got a Kindle and I adore it!

You can also check out flagfic.com. You can use it to save any story on fanfiction.net as an epub file.

Also if you haven't already - I would recommend checking out Calibre. Calibre is a ebook management/conversion program which allows you to store and organise your ebook in a variety of formats and convert between most non-DRM formats.

It doesn't specifically support Pandigital Novel yet but does have the 'Connect to folder' option which should let you use the software to copy the books onto your device (here for more information/instructions). The mobile reads forum also has good information.

Also second the recommendation for AO3 as a place to download many awesome ebooks for transference to your device.
