HAHA, ABSOLUTELY! sometimes I think I come up with the one liners first and then try to craft a story around them! lol

Oh my, I love this so much. I love how each of them gets wings that reflects aspects of them and how Rodney wants to call Ronon Batman in other languages, and his brilliant, utterly word-perfect rant at those wanting to sneak up and touch his feathers.

I want to know more--on some level I don't want them to lose their wings because I want to know what they can do with them.

But most of all, this: It was like being trapped inside a house your whole life, and then someone came along and threw open all the doors and windows. Sure, you could go outside now, but you never had and you didn’t exactly know how.

Absolutely dead-on.

Oh, I enjoyed this one! It would be Rodney who had the troublesome, overly-expressive wings. The cafeteria scene was just perfect. And Ronon enjoying the combat uses for his wings, and then his utility belt... ;) Great fun! I hope you're able to add on to this story sometime.
