wow, hon...sounds like you had a terrible time trying to get back home. Good thing it wasn't me LOL or those people would have been in for it! I would be getting a complaint number about the way that supervisor was handling the people and the situation.

Yeah, I'm going to write a letter - I really should have gotten her name but I was exhausted and also a little bit afraid that she would start breathing fire or something. What a crazy woman.

Coffee would be great - the next few weeks are looking pretty free. :)

you should definitely write them a letter... and tell them that their choice of supervisors is CRAP. hell, just place this whole fucking journal entry in an envelope and ship it off to them... it might not make them fix it, but itd be fun!

Wow, I've had nothing but awesomeness with Northwest, even when most flights to Philly from Detroit were canceled due to snow. Unfortunately they seem to be the cheapest airline from here to Detroit and back.

You are totally right to be pissed.

There is a newer airline I'm going to look into next time I fly to MI - Independence Air, I think they're called. They're supposed to be pretty cheap.
