I was poking around on NeilGaiman.com and was happy to see that they've finally decided to put Mirrormask in theaters rather than sending it straight to DVD. Yay! It's coming out Sept. 30th, and I am going to see it and be happy

I totally have to read more of Neil Gaiman, but I have some of his graphic novel stuff and I've read American Gods. Great stuff!

I reread the Sandman series over the past few days and continue to be amazed - he is an encyclopedia of mythology and folklore. I love everything he does.

yeah, he kind of rings a lot of different bells of cultural references at once...sort of like robert jordan or jrr tolkien.

I also went from the Sony page to see the "Rent" page, and the more I hear about it, the less nervous I feel about it being made into a film.

...but... Rosario Dawson? not sure about that casting choice...
