There's lots of discussion these days about terrorism, and for good reason. Violence seems to be in the air. I too am horrified by the events in Paris and other places. One of the things that makes children cute is the inaccuracies of their language. The cuteness wears off quickly once they are trying to communicate more complex subjects, but for a brief few years it is endearing. I recently went to a physician job fair. It was a bunch of hospital systems and recruiters from around the country surrounded by a ton of residents in all fields. Now, I'm looking at Boston and Seattle, and the sites in Boston were of course far busier than any representing other further geographic areas.
