The Loss anonymous October 16 2005, 13:53:03 UTC
Uncle Lee,

I'm blaming last week's loss on the fact that it is the first game this season I was able to watch from kick-off to the end. I promise to miss parts of today's game so that I don't jinx them again. Maybe if my cousin would update his LJ then I could be reading this stuff instead of watching the game. But I won't hold my breath Matty! :)

Love - Sis

Well Sis,
You did a good job of bringing the Bengals a win--Im wondering if you watched the first half and then left for the second half so that they would have a chance. I hope you will do the same this week because we HAVE to beat the hated Steelers at home!!!
Matt????---post something long right before game time (1PM) on Sunday. Sis...be sure to check it out here. Now I've done all I can--the rest is up to you 2 (and maybe a couple of the Bengals even). Love you guys, -Uncle Lee and Dad

Well..we can all blame Matt for the Bengals losing to the Steelers Sunday. He didnt post a nice long entry, and consequently, Sis OBVIOUSLY watched the entire game!!--Thanks a LOT, Matthewson!!

TEACHER*** anonymous October 30 2005, 02:15:01 UTC
u see matt-matt,being a teacher is realizing that you learn more from your students than you will ever teach THEM!! and that new-found KNOWLEDGE learned from them, combined with YOUR passion to teach, your THIRST for knowledge, and your INDIVIDUAL experiences, will all be swirled together into a delicious new thought process which will be food-for-thought for you as well as them. the power of your WANTING to teach,in any capacity, is great enought to begin the slow-but powerful process of CHANGE. so is peace the goal?? or is it your willingness to share your thoughts, feelings, passions,as well as your OPENNESS to recieve the message that the next generation is bringing to the table!! genuine art-form,without it peace is nonexistent! people engage in conversations one-sided/talking only. listen sometimes, and watch prople ARE THEY REALLY LISTENING?? NOT REALLY!!! but, take the time and the opportunity to really listen to your students because the answers lie with them, and them alone. but the secret is to listen, because whether they know it or not, they are really, really the ones that hold all the answers that you as a teacher must unlock and free. just some food for thought on your posting and my response........love auntie teri---your fav sunt teri ily more
