Its a slow morning. Yoga doesn't start until 9am, so I'm getting going later than normal (normal is me out the door by 5:30am to hit the gym). We'll see if yoga is the missing link, so to speak, in my fitness regime. I need something less intense than 7-day-a-week cardio. Sunday is a day of rest, right... yoga should be more like rest, I think. We'
