I just got done making a delicious ten bean and barley soup. OMG SO GOOD. Nom nom. :D I was stumped as what to season it with as I'm running low on spices. And then I discovered I had taco seasoning in my pantry. So I put a packet of that in it, and tossed in some salt and pepper and garlic powder and oregeno and YUM. Now I have soup in the fridge

Among many things, I'm sure of which you've heard far more than me. ^^; And yeah, the people who are concerned that you're lacking some sort of vitamin or nutrient? Meat doesn't have THAT much nutritional value - actually it has VERY LITTLE. O_o

I'll try your soup, but I don't think I'd be able to go off meats completely. D: I crave fleeeesh.

Are you going off all animals products also? (eggs, milk etc)
