Apparently I have a hiatus hernia, which is causing my chest pain. Also my asthma, my stomach problems and my sleep problems. Maybe. I don't quite follow what I've been told, or maybe just where the acid comes into it all, or rather, where the acid is going ( Read more... )

To be honest, I'd be giving him a bigger, hairier eyeball if he'd said "you are talking about scratching you heart with a knife, there might be some basis for that", but, um, yes. Bad doctor person ( ... )

Yuck, a hiatus hernia sounds like it is not much fun :(

I hope that the antacids are working, not sure how they would go in orange juice though. Having gone through I don't know how many antacids regarding dad's cancer, mum said that you can get some in chewable form (not sure if that's of any help to you at all or relevant to your meds).

Hopefully the Roxanne replacement is ok, and yes you really need another Rebecca in your life ;P

Exams over in 2 weeks, and then maybe another week of placement and then I might be able to visit :-) So to start with the nagging - what are we doing for your birthday??????

Now that it has stopped hurting constantly, it is fine, and I find I can ignore the suggestions mostly. But I can't do anything yet, the asthma part didn't miraculously fix.

As for my birthday, bah. The Tinkerbell pirate movie will be out?
