-red meat

exercise:
-run everyday
-do crunches every night
-take yoga class
-join gym when school is over -
new year goals not resolutions
take yoga class again

improve my spanish
eat more amazing food while staying somewhat fit
cut down internet time

first day at preschool
i feel like a kid again being a teacher for 3-4 year old kids. i started off the day playing with them in the playground for about an hour. the kids would come up voluntarily and introduce themselves. they were all adorable. after play time, we went in for animal crackers and juice and some reading. they all have little furniture and low sinks and ( Read more... )
