So, point one: this thing totally needs a sequel or two. Seriously. Leaving it like this is a crime against good fic, don't deprive us of things with excellent potential! ;)

Okay that stated, I usually have a lot of issues with genderbent fics but the fact that I totally and utterly loved this should probably tell you that you managed to avoid all of them, so score for you on that. Seriously, I loved that they're both totally IC - Castiel being utterly rude and matter-of-fact at the beginning before realizing it was.. well, very rude was priceless, and I really liked how you twisted the whole thing about having doubts about what she's doing - it totally makes sense that she'd be a lawyer. (And oh dear, now I'm imagining a firm made of all the other angels on the show and I think I'll stick with Ally McBeal...)
