Too Skinny
A few days ago I posted a status about a phlebotomist who felt the urge to comment that I was "too skinny" as she prepped my arm to draw blood. I did my best to laugh it off, as usual. Naturally
When I observe others around me I see strengths in them. I have a friend who can watch someone else play a complex song on the piano a couple of times, and then play it themselves and add in even better improvisations and passion. I'm astounded by how much talent this one person has in so many areas. It makes me wonder, what do I do effortlessly? ( Read more... ) -
