Two types of nighttime eating disorders exist. Nocturnal eating syndrome occurs most commonly in people with daytime eating disorders or depression. I take ambien but it doesn't keep me asleep. I need some ambien CR. I hope the tylenol PM works. I need to try eating lower cal stuff if i have to eat. I usually eat cereal (But thankfully i am out of that), so maybe i will eat an orange if i wake up. good luck.
