I got weighed on Wednesday night last week, because I had my endoscopy for the gall stones on Thursday afternoon and I didn't want to miss a week.  I get one extra day to lose weight this week ;)  I have been really good so far, I haven't gone over 10 syns any day... and I was having at 15 or more most days before I went to hospital... naughty ( Read more... )
