I am doing a little better now. I'm not as weepy. That is probably because I'm on Cymbalta and it is helping. I moved again the other week into a much better apartment that is not near any drug dealers (at least not that I know if) and it is amazing how much that helps ( Read more... )

So many things have happened. I moved to Mpls. I was very happy for a while and know am sinking back into depression. Everyday is a struggle and I wonder why I bother. I'm never going to get better and stay that way so it is a waste of time to even try.

Today I did very well. I had baked beans for breakfast (high in protein and fiber), a fat free yogurt for a snack, and oatmeal for lunch. I avoided Carol's candy jar. That makes me very happy. My period started so I won't weigh myself for the next few days. Hopefully I'll show a loss when I weigh myself on Thurday or Friday when this is all over.

Today I weighed 166.2. I don't know how I let myself get this way. Actually I do. I stopped holding myself accountable. I told my self that I "deserved" a reward. That I would do better the tomorrow. Somedays I wonder why I even bother to get out of bed. I cry all the time, I binge and purge or stave myself. I'm still cutting quite q bit. I wish I had the guts to end it...maybe I'll luck out and get hit by a bus or something.
