ok, does anyone who reads this own a condo? or a house? I realize i am young, but i figure what the hell. Might as well no pay rent to some schmuck who sits home all day watching springer and living off my rent

We bought a condo a few years back. The mortgage payment turned out to be less than both of us were paying for rent so financially it's a good deal (assuming that you're willing to stay in one spot for over 3-5 years).

If you need the names of a good real estate lawyer, home inspection person, or other in the process, I can pass on the names that were passed on to me.
