I am "totally stoked" about the new Battles record, "Mirrored". I am "totally bummed" that the west coast is not on the current tour. (Chicago on the 30th, NYC on 03 Apr.) They have an amazing live sound! The live clips on YouTube just don't do 'em justice.
I believe the video (below) for "Atlas" is a shorter mix of the album version.

I whipped up a test brew last night with one kit can of Cooper's bitter, 3 lbs dry pale malt extract, 1 oz Kent Goldings. This is a very simple recipe that I don't expect much from in the way of balance or character, but I used tap water instead of bottled water. I can remember a time in early November 2006 when I was intensely unhappy, due to a certain someone seeming to ignore me. I'm glad that didn't last me too long... but the past few weeks I've been not quite as unhappy but for a longer period. Blah. -

I found the first thing to really annoy me about Firefox: it seems to be very difficult to disable local caching via the response header. IE7 behaves just fine! Supposedly part of the problem comes from a pair of statements in the HTTP 1.1 spec that can be interpreted as being contradictory.
