It's an easy one, because I'm going cross-eyed from doing html coding to get our re-designed web site up and running.

What are you/did you/are you going to have for lunch?

Me: spinach salad with mandarin oranges, avocado, hard boiled egg, bacon bits, croutons, balsamic vinaigrette.

Good one rach. I would totally eat your lunch.

I brought salad from home. It consists of arugula, french lentils de puy, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, and feta with a garlic, vinegar, olive oil sauce.

I had leftovers:

-brown rice
-chickpea + walnut + brussel sprout saute with lemon dressing

and a giant bowl of blackberries.

I love lunch!
