As for the story, I particularly like the air example. The whole piece is intelligently written with all the wit that must be lodged in that man's brain. :D

He does approach sentimentality in a different way to "normal" people, but I don't think that stops him getting there *g* Glad to hear I managed to keep him believable even while thinking something sappy, thanks! *g*

Seriously, thank you, that's quite a compliment. Sometimes, I guess it's possible to say everything that needs to be said in just 100 words. Anything more would just be uneccessary, and get repetitious.

It's one of those things that strikes me about House. He's not obvious about how he feels, but just the fact that he keeps coming back to Wilson after everything says volumes without a word.
