I have decided it is time to say goodbye to LiveJournal. It has been fun, but lately it seems to be a barren and deserted place.

I will be making a final post on September 20th.

I have no interest in Christmas this year.

I don't have a tree up.

I have not decorated.

I'm not hosting Christmas this year.

And, I haven't gotten anyone a single gift yet.

I will, but my heart isn't in it this year.

I just don't care.

At all.

When my surgeon told me I would have to have a hip replacement, I was shocked. I was there to find out why my recently operated on knee was still hurting, and the resulting X-ray showed my hip cartilage was totally gone. The hip was shot, and there was nothing else that would help except to replace the joint ( Read more... )

Well, Griffen is going to finish his high school year here with hubby and I. His father and I sat down with the senior counselor and worked out a plan where Griffen can make up the 2 courses he failed last year, and still get his senior year in. The 2 courses he needs to make up will be done online and he can work on them here at home, in addition ( Read more... )
