In roughly august i quit working at Denevi Video Reflections and got a job at Target making $8/hr. Frank the owner of Denevi's called me sometime in september and rehired me to do a side project for him for $11/hr. He said all i had to do was write down my hours and give them to mary at the end of every pay period and there'd be a check for me on ( Read more... )

I hate to say this but you stole from him by lying about your working hours. He has a right to be angry. I hope you're not arrested though.

Yeah you were in the wrong..but his reaction still seems a little extreme. I mean he really could have just said that you owed him half of your paychecks for the last three months..which would be alot cheaper than 6000 smacks..and that you could pay him on the installment plan. And that he owed you nothing for the week you worked when he wasn't there. If he really wanted to be reasonable.

1. Apologize.
2. Preface your reasons with, "I know it's no excuse, but..." (Are there reasons?)
3. Ask if there are other ways to rectify the situation.

Weather the storm, and let the process inform your resolve in the future.

2. get a fake social number.
3. start a new life in which you marry a super model.
4. wait for denevi to die, try to go back to old life
