Tonight was pretty awesome. My friend Bekah drove out from walnut creek to go to an art show with me. The show was at the Autobody Fine Arts gallery in Alameda. Its pretty cool cuz there's this main room where exhibitions are held, and then in the side room my friend Domingo rents the space for the Everybody Get Up gallery. Well i'm alright i suppose. pretty much just been chilling at home kind of looking for work and mostly staying home with the grandparents. My grandma recently got a permanent catheter so thats been fun dealing with. Aside from the usual stressors things have been fine. i went in yesterday and went straight to frank's office. we shook hands and he started showing me some old film splicer that he got from one of his old stores. He started making small talk and was very genial about the whole thing which was good and made me less nervous. In roughly august i quit working at Denevi Video Reflections and got a job at Target making $8/hr. Frank the owner of Denevi's called me sometime in september and rehired me to do a side project for him for $11/hr.
