Lent

For lent, I have decided to be healthy and cut out of of the sugary snacks that I would normally eat. I have combined this with trying to eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day (which shouldn't be hard, but it is!). I am trying to eat according to the GI diet guidelines, so wish me luck!

In other news, I am trying to organise  events for RedRead more... )
