Sometimes I realize that I don't give people enough credit. I don't let people in, and it often hurts me. Many such instances still hurt me.
There are certain things I look back on when I'm up late, trying to get to sleep, that seem to happen over and over again, unchanging. Its like my body is trying to drive me insane. One or two instances are

wow this is quite an honest entry. i think the best thing you can do for yourself is just be your total self, and believe in your friends and those you surround yourself with-- you think they are good people, they will probably support you!
also, find a burning man community near you. i highly recommend these folks. :)
