What is it that i havent completely forgotten about?

To the reader:

How do you know how it feels?  Really.  How many times have you heard the question, "I dont know what this feeling is."  Do we invent/find new feelings that dont already exist?  And now that they do exist, since no one else has ever had em what do we call them?
