Golly gosh! Someone showed up! They read! They liked! Wee hee! You have FIRST COMMENT status...not sure what that entails, but it sounds impressive. (I hope you don't mind if I prefer you not end up with ONLY COMMENT status as well. LOL!)
I am very pleased you enjoyed it. Thank you for reading and commenting.

I fully intend, once I've had time to rearrange my stupidly crazy RL, to come back and comment in detail on each section; in my opinion a work of art such as this deserves more than the obligatory OMG I LOVE UR FIC. So I shall return. :)
You are very welcome.fee_folayDecember 20 2009, 22:27:37 UTC
You are so welcome. I am just tickled that you found your way here. I am not well known in fanfic circles, so I am very glad you took a chance on me. :)
I really enjoyed this! As you can no doubt tell from my icon (and username), I first became entranced with your writings through Bottomless Perdition--a supremely awesome story. I'm a slasher (both of K/S and S/H) who oft-times prefers to read (and write!) gen simply because I like P-L-O-T. So your stories satisfy the plot-whore in me. :D
Though at this particular point in time, your depiction of "da boyz" of BP and The List, etc, satisfies me more emotionally, I'm very interested in seeing how you (if you continue to bless TOS fandom with your writings) continue to develop this relationship--be it gen or slash--be it sequel or other stories in the universe.
Hi to a fellow S&H fan!fee_folayDecember 20 2009, 23:42:14 UTC
Oh wonderful! A S&H fan came to visit! So glad you were willing to give my Trek a try as well... I am totally a fandom whore... I get around a lot. LOL! Don't worry, I will eventually make my way back to Starsky and Hutch. I just wish I had more energy to write - my career is so exhausting it takes forever to get my stories completed these days. :)

*snicker* Cute. :D
I'm not a fandom whore. I have three, four if you count my one *gasp* RPS. And they're very old and I've stuck around since the first runs (well, technically second run in TOS case since I was toddling around when it was shown in first runs). TOS, S&H, X:WP, and WLIIA (Whose Line...my RPS, but since Ryan and Colin slash themselves AS themselves, I refuse to feel any shame. :D)
So I'll gladly read anything you've got in TOS or S&H, believe me. I love long, plotty stories and you, Ma'am, certainly deliver.
Excellent story, I have to admit that a part of me is going no don't stop there write more, however despite my desire not to see it stop your ending was perfect and I enjoyed reading the entire story. I hope you write more Star Trek stories in the future.
Thank you for the lovely comment! I would LOVE to write more - problem is I tend to be long winded, so I know if I start something it may take a while to finish and that often puts me off. Plus, I need an idea that grabs my fancy, and that does not happen too often. I am glad you stopped by and enjoyed your read!
Thank you so much for commenting! And I am very glad it reads like an actual episode...that is sort of what I go for in a lot of my fics. Seeing if I can really capture the source material. Always so thrilled to have a TOSser drop in to read. :) TOS will forever be my "special" fandom, and I really was nervous writing in it - it almost seems sacrilegious to me to write in a fandom which has meant so much in my life. LOL!
