People make me nervous. To cure this irrational fear, I went to the mall today. Not to shop, actually. I HATE shopping. I exposed myself to other people.

I just use the phobia approach. Gradually reintroduce yourself to your fear and everything is happy rainbow bunnies again! yay! I'mma go to scary places until it all becomes familiar and I stop ( Read more... )
