I received some good news from my Miramar College counselor yesterday. lj, fb, and flickr
i haven't been posting here as much because of the fb and flickr taking up my time. i've found that the smallish comments and posts i was making in regards to pictures can just be captured on the flickr stream itself. and fb of course is it's own beast. i guess i'll try to get more of my actual thoughts down here as time progresses and the awesome ( Read more... ) -
the ocean is loud tonight
i can hear the waves from my back patio. they sound like a heavy train passing by with no end. i surfed some waves this week that shook me to my core. i won't say i was scared. it was more of a steely determination. sometimes i wonder why i even do this sport. what makes one go out there, i don't know. the thrill of 10 foot waves crashing around ( Read more... )
