I forgave him. Eventually. Djibril truly had no choice; disobedience would have gotten him cast out of his Heaven and I know how much he fears that, though I fail to see why he would wish to remain in servility to such a cruel God. I cannot forgive Yahveh.

That's exactly my point. Just how crazy does a god have to be to want to serve such a tyrant? Are they brain-washed or is it that thing the humans call Stockholm syndrome?

He is not a god. Belief makes little difference to him. And he's not being kept against his will - far from it - so no, it isn't Stockholm Syndrome.
