It is December 25th. Few remember it now, but in the old Khemetic calendar this was Mechir 10. My birthday.
It is now believed that the Christ child was born today, though Djibril once told me that He was in truth born in May, if I recall correctly. I wish Him a happy birthday, then.

The Temple of Horus at Edfu
Horus and I were not particularly close, but he is family, and I am glad that he is not forgotten and his great temple at Edfu still stands. Does this also apply to the gods themselves, who have lost the power to give themselves anything?
