Damn, I laughed. Next question would be, though: where to hold the case? Who has jurisdiction of Mother Nature, and which venue would be convenient for everyone?
Maybe, but what would be sufficient service? Leave it in a cave? With an earth-worshipping sect?
Isn't there a danger, that if no MN representative appears, that a court-appointed attorney fails to argue successfully, that the international community would consider such a suit another exercise in American arrogance?
Would an international court be more appropriate? What about arbitration? Maybe an agreement to have rain in certain seasons only, and confine storms to Republican areas. I mean....no, actually I mean that.
I'm pretty sure we could get away with Service by Publication in this case...
And, sure, an International Court would be ideal...but, I mean, aren't all ICs basically a joke anyway?
And, again, I'll point out that I think a suit against MN would be a losing proposition in pretty much every way. Any complaint we bring re: weather or climate at all will just result in Al Gore coming in as a witness for Gaia in her countersuit against humanity.
I'm good, dopple. Might be makin a trip out to the W coast soon. I'll have to let you know about that. I'm doing some serious job hunting and it's getting me down. Other than that, I'm ok. Been up, been down, been all around. Done some fun things. I'll be posting many a stories here soon, as soon as I completely crawl out of my cave.

But, I hope, beyond the "funniness threshold" of your average layperson...
I hope.

Jurisdiction? Seems about the same. I mean, she's definitely located, again, EVERWHERE...so service should be easy...
