I heard a rumor today that the National Bureau of Education is going to increase funding and give inscentives to rural students who are "college material". I sincerely hope this is true, because college is expensive and most rural students are not "college material". What are everyone's plans after graduating from high school?

this lunchtime i heard some boys in another class say they think Nishima Island should just close off its borders and declare itself an independent nation. my first thought was how long it would take us to resort to cannibalism. Any suggestions? Thoughts? Recipies?
