-Identify specific feelings - anxiety? Fear? Cuntyness?
-Identify precipitating event
-Identify point where mistake was made
-Identify reason for making said mistake
-OWN IT
-Make amends where possible - be clear about how ugly it was
-Laugh! You're an ass!

I have the overwhelming desire to take off my shoes and run away from this office building, into the woods, and drench myself in warm rain.

And maybe even keep running until I find whatever's missing.

I feel entirely at odds with myself in terms of my views on humanity. I started off as the eternal optimist, seeking out only the good qualities in those who surround me and finding inspiration in them. Spring makes my life feel like it's coming together in such lovely ways. This weather makes me feel so good.
