How can people who are not free have a right to free speech?
I'm not going to flame about Congress' failure to pass the DISCLOSE act.
Personally, I don't think it would have withstood a Supreme Court challenge
anyways, at least not with this Court; people (and corporations are people,
according to this Court) have a well-established right to anonymous political
speech.
