I am going into the second month of my current job. 47 days strait 600 hour worked as of tonight. I'm actually enjoy a great deal of it but I about it's very isolating, to the point where casual contact is actually a bit hard for me, I'm sure this will pass quickly when this all wraps up but for the moment between this and a friend suicide I feel ( Read more... )

I am used to a certain kind of insomnia I can desk with it. but this is a bit different. not being able to sleep at all while still feeling exhausted this is unpleasant.

There are times it seems a bit surreal, watching people go backwards trying to justify their own questionable decisions. Looking externally to find a reason for their actions. Inductive reasoning is bad science but at least in that forum you can have a metric to know how bad at a given time (or how much of a necessary evil it is).
