Yesterday I hung out with Jon and Brett.
Took this shit
NO sleep.
Now I feel like shit
My eyes feel like I have been stabbed numerous times in my pupils,
I have been shaking like a bum does since..for a long time now and I don't know why. My hands shake and shit.

no man. Just make sure you don't tell them anything your parents can't find out about (I.E. Continuing Cutting, Drugs, crime, etc. Because it will fuck you over. Its very tempting to tell them, But do not unless you really want to stop the thing s you are doing.)
